Homework: Thursday, Sept. 17

In Math class today, students worked on their Fibonacci Spiral projects, which are looking really fantastic! We should finish up the spirals tomorrow in class.

In Social Studies, groups worked on Classroom Constitutions because on this day in 1787 in Philadelphia, the Constitution was signed after four months of contentious debate. We'll be working more on our classroom preambles and articles and I'll be posting some of them online. One of my favorites from today's activity is as follows:

"Our classroom should be a place of kindness, order, loyalty, respect and open minds. Some of these need to be ammended to ensure the order of our classroom and the contentment of our classmates."
