Weekend Homework

Happy Halloween!!!

We watched an amazing film at the Logan Center on Friday. It was an animated French film with English subtitles called 'Adama.' The film followed a young North African boy as he left his village to find and bring back his older brother who had left to fight for the French on the front lines during World War I. We will talk more about the film Monday in Social Studies class. Please spend some time reflecting on the film, the characters, the plot and the message.

For Math Homework this weekend, please spend about 45 minutes working on Think Through Math. This should be enough time to get through two lessons. Since I did not mention this in class (we didn't have all classes because of the field trip), I will give students through Monday evening to get these lessons completed.
