Students worked on creating Histograms to represent data in today's math class. The difference between a histogram and a bar graph is that a histogram represents ranges, or intervals, of data (such as 0 to 5; 6 to 10; 11 to 15, etc...). Because of this, a histogram does not have space between the bar diagrams, but instead the bars butt up right next to each other.

Headstart for the Weekend:
A couple of lessons from Think Through Math will be required homework this weekend. If you have extra time tonight, it might be a good idea to get started on your next lesson.
