Happy Pi Day! We studied the relationship between the circumference and the diameter of a circle today in class, and we will be spending a little time building a paper chain representing the digits of Pi on Tuesday.

There is no homework tonight since most of you earned a small homework break with your big push for finishing the history fair projects over weekend. Have a great evening, and remember to tell your family about how the Babylonians (3 1/8), Ancient Egyptians (4/3)^4, and Indians (square root of 10) approximated the number for Pi.
