Math Homework: Find a rectangular prism box or carton at home, measure the length, width and height in centimeters OR inches, and then calculate the Volume and Surface Area for the box.
This is just like we worked on in class today. The homework should include a 3D drawing of the rectangular prism, a sketched net, and all the calculations necessary to find the Volume and Surface Area. Remember that Volume is the measure of how many cubes fit inside and Surface Area is the measure of how many flat squares it would take to cover the box.
