Report Card Pick-up Conferences

I sent home this letter today with each student, along with sign-up times for 10 minute conferences from 12 noon to 5:50pm on Wednesday. Please see below for instructions, or send back the sign up sheet that comes home with your student!

Dear students and families,

Quarter 3 Conferences are Wednesday, April 19th.

Due to the number of students and a limited number of 10 minute time slots, students in Homeroom 301 will be given first preference for conference times with Mr. Papczun for Wednesday’s report card pickups. Students in Ms. Glassco’s homeroom (302) can request a conference time, but it will depend the availability of open time slots.

Please check the blog for updates about available times. If you do not sign up for a conference slot in advance, you will not be able to make a same-day appointment on the day of conferences. If there is not an available time to meet with me on April 19th, then I am happy to schedule a separate meeting with you for later in the week.

You may sign up for a time the following ways:

1) Complete the "Conference Preference Form" (back side).

2) Email Mr. Papczun (pcpapczun@cps.edu) with your conference preference times. (Please list all available time windows that will work.)

Please complete this sheet and send it back with your student, or email me with your prefered times. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.
