Google Classroom Update: Week #2

Good Morning! As we start into Week 2 of Legit Lock-down Lessons (<---alliteration), I want to say 'Thank you' for waking up today, strolling over to your device, and getting into this new style of learning. I also hope you are all getting plenty of time during these days for reading books, and tapping into your creativity through drawing, painting, and making stuff in some form or other. For this week, I have assigned Khan Academy for Math (geometry) and BrainPop to learn about the Equinox and Solstices. ELA assignments are scheduled to update each morning, with Class Questions, Latin/Greek roots, and Roll of Thunder reading through Chapter 8. I will also be adding work for Social Studies, including exploring and researching some of the world's great old cities. For those of you that are just starting to get into the assignments: it's great to have you on board! Let me know if you have any issues, questions, or problems with logging into or accessing assignments on Google Classroom, Khan or BrainPop. For all of you, please check-in each day on Google Classroom to see if new assignments have been posted.
