Good Afternoon, and welcome to Week Three of working and learning from home. I hope everyone is staying healthy and happy, despite the challenges of being cooped up at home. Our family has been watching more movies than usual, and I even broke down and signed up for Disney+, for which my kids seem very appreciative! My daughter was literally dancing around at the chance to watch Frozen 2 on Friday. For school work, this week we are going to focus a bit more on Math. There will be a new problem assigned each day, Monday through Thursday, along with the normal Khan Academy assignments. I will also be assigning ELA and Social Studies work, but it will be a bit less than last week, to allow more time for the math. Also, please be sure to go back and complete any work that missed last week or the week before. I'm hoping that we can set up some discussion/meet-up time on Tuesday and/or Thursday, so please keep an eye out for more updates from me.
Also, to all of our parents, please check your ClassDojo accounts this week, as I've asked for feedback about your student's technology needs and on the amount of work that has been coming home through GoogleClassroom and our other learning platforms (Khan, BrainPop, etc). Take care, and have a good Monday!
