Every year, we collect the family income/lunch forms from each student. These forms are how CPS distributes some of their funding to schools, so it's important that have them turned in for each student. Please click on the link above and scroll down to the Family Income/Lunch Form. Once you complete it, send it to me or to Ms. Sonia in the office: svergara@cps.edu
