On Monday and Tuesday, March 8th and 9th, the first group of our 6th graders will be coming back to Ray for in-person learning. This group, Pod A, is students who were originally in Homeroom 310 and opted for Hybrid learning.

Here are the important details for parents and students:

1. CPS Health Screener: complete it at home before your student leaves for school. If you wait until school starts, your student will have to wait before getting to join us in the classroom. Link: https://chicagopsprod.service-now.com/health

2. Entry at 8:45am: 6th graders will be entering the building at the set of doors between the main entrance and cafeteria doors, on the Kimbark St. side of the school. We start

3. Facemasks are required at all times. Please have a backup or two in case the first one gets damp or dirty.

4. Chromebook: if you have one issued by CPS, bring it with you each day, along with the power cord.

5. Headphones: bring them if you have them.

6. Lunch: the cafeteria is serving lunch, but you are welcome to pack your own.

7. School Supplies: bring a notebook, pens, pencils, and books or magazines to read.

8. Art Supplies: bring scissors, colored pencils, markers and paper for art class.

And one more thing: Bring a WATER BOTTLE! You can fill it up at the school, but you cannot drink directly from water fountains, so having a bottle is pretty important.
